My son was barely grabbing the rim at 13. After 6 weeks of training at Evolve 2 Perform. He's added at least 3" to his vertical and can now dunk the ball with ease. Not only with his added strength, Justin also gives the children added confidence to apply their new tools in game. We started with just vertimax training and now we are taking advantage of all the sessions (strength,vertimax, group and 1-on-1) to take my son's game to the next level.
