TRAINING CLASS OPTIONS  

TOTAL SKILL ELEMENTS All Area Focused Training Learn more and get a better understanding of the aspects of basketball. Focusing on various fundamental details within the basketball techniques working on the 5 areas dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defense. As we focus on the fundamental details we emphasis footwork and core balance.

BALL HANDLING Dribbling Focused Training Dribbling Protection & Techniques focuses on footwork the shift of weight and various types of moves/combinations. The emphasis in the class are techniques to be efficient within moves and ways to get by your defender better. We will get alot of repetitions with various training tools while giving feedback and breakdowns on ways to improve.

SHOOTING Shooting Focused Training Levels of Scoring | Form & Reps ​​This class focuses solely on different types of shots, techniques to get into shots and ways to get your shot off at the 3 levels of scoring. We will get alot of repetitions with feedback and breakdowns on ways to improve along with the when and why to use certain shots.

Game Translation L.A.B.

Middle School | High School

​This class focuses on particular principles & concepts to build confidence, comfort and understanding for the game. These situations are  fundamental game concepts alongside basketball knowledge. During this session the implementation of correct footwork, reading opponents and the overall game are emphasized with (L)ive (A)ction (B)asketball play. Particularly for level appropriate athletes to grow their skill with live reactions in game like situations.
