BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE TRAINING CLASSES  

Growing Talent - 5 Basketball Areas 

Level: 1 - Intermediate

This class is for beginner & intermediate players who are looking to to learn more and get a better understanding of the aspects of basketball. We focus on various fundamental details within the basketball techniques we touch on the 5 areas dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defense. As we focus on the fundamental details we emphasis footwork and core balance.

BALL HANDLING - I
Dribbling Combos | Protection & Techniques 

Level: 1 - Intermediate

Handles : Dribbling & Techniques focuses on footwork the shift of weight and various types of moves/combinations. The emphasis in the class are techniques to be efficient within moves and ways to get by your defender better. We will get alot of repetitions with various training tools while giving feedback and breakdowns on ways to improve. 

SHOOTING - I
3 Level Shooting : Reps & Techniques

Level: 1 - Intermediate

This class focuses solely on different types of shots, techniques to get into shots and ways to get your shot off at the 3 levels of scoring. We will get alot of repetitions with feedback and breakdowns on ways to improve along with the when and why to use certain shots. 

INTERMEDIATE - In The "L.A.B" Principles & Concepts 1

Level: 1 - Intermediate

This class focuses on particular principles & concepts to build confidence, comfort and understanding for the game. These fundamental & "INTERMEDIATE" concepts of dribbling/Passing/Shooting/Defending/Rebounding etc... alongside basketball knowledge. During this session the implementation of correct footwork, reading opponents and the overall game are emphasized with (L)ive (A)ction (B)asketball play. 

*ADVANCED BASKETBALL TRAINING CLASSES 

Next Level Skill - 5 Basketball Areas 

Level: 2 - Advanced 

This class is for advanced players who are looking to break away from the pack at all aspects of the game. We try to touch on 5 areas of the game dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense. This class is for players who have played competitively at advanced levels with varsity and beyond aspirations. Small group sizes ensure maximum attention. 
Boys & Girls are welcome. 
Advanced MS / HS

Various Styles & Techniques

Level: 2 - Advanced 

This training class is specialized to enhance players' skills in various techniques for finishing at the basket. Recognizing the importance of scoring in close-range situations, this class focuses on developing players' ability to convert opportunities near the rim with precision and creativity. The program combines theory, drills, and game scenarios to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

ADVANCED - In The "L.A.B" Principles & Concepts 2

Level: 2 - Advanced 

This class focuses on particular principles & concepts to build confidence, comfort and understanding for the game. These fundamental & "ADVANCED" concepts of dribbling/Passing/Shooting/Defending/Rebounding etc... alongside basketball knowledge.
